To ensure our customers receive the most benefit from RailMax, Greenbrier Management Services is committed to investing in the development of the RailMax product line. This will include a major upgrade release planned for Fall 2007 and an increased emphasis on customer service programs.

Softronics Inc., headquartered in Dayton, Ohio and established in 1991, is a software development and services provider in the rail freight transportation industry. Softronics’ flagship rail fleet management system, RailMax, provides a hassle-free, internet delivered solution for monitoring and managing rail car fleet movement. RailMax’s statistical process-controlled ETA engine provides customers with an unprecedented fleet management tool that maximizes fleet efficiency and increases productivity. RailMax collects, processes, and organizes fleet movement information, offering near-real-time tracking, and reporting capability. Additionally, it proactively monitors rail shipments, dynamically calculates projections of customer delivery dates, and accurately measures fleet utilization.

Greenbrier Management Services, LLC (GMS) (www.gbrx.com) acquired Softronics and the RailMax product in 2007. GMS is a full-service railcar leasing and management company. Through Enspire®, a suite of railcar management services, GMS provides railcar equipment solutions that helps our clients reduce costs and allows them to be more productive by focusing on their core businesses.

Dedicated to customer service and enhancing our offerings, the acquisition of Softronics and the RailMax product line is an important progression to strengthen GMS's position as a leader in the rail industry.
